Tracking an Order
You can track the status of your order online using the tracking number sent you by the shipping department after the completion of your order. You can review the tracking history and the estimated date of delivery. For USPS, please estimate 2 - 3 business days from the time your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Schedule
Virgo Electronics offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S. merchandise orders $500 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $200, there is a delivery charge for UPS Ground or for USPS Priority. Our standard shipping option is UPS delivery services. Orders over $500 always ship for free—no promotion code needed.

Shipping & returns: international shipping & apo/ap military addresses
Virgo Electronics ships to the contiguous U.S. states and Alaska and Hawaii, and now ships to Canada and all European countries as well. Shipping to other international destinations and U.S territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) is now available. Also Virgo Electronics does not ship to APO/AP addresses.
For U.S. orders and shipping with Virgo Electronics, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States.
For Canadian orders and shipping, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address in Canada. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in Canada.
For fast delivery, you can use western union money transfer or bank transfer.
